Hey, I’m Casius Howden — and I know what it feels like to want real change.
At my heaviest, I was over 260 lbs, stuck in unhealthy habits and unsure where to begin. Through years of hard work, consistency, and learning from every setback, I lost over 100 lbs and completely transformed my body and mindset.
Before I became a personal trainer, I spent three years working as a chef. That time gave me more than just knife skills — it gave me a deep understanding of nutrition, how food affects performance, and how to fuel the body the right way. Along the way, I competed in MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, pushing my limits physically and mentally.
Now, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others do the same — not just lose weight, but build real strength, confidence, and long-term habits that last. Whether you’re just starting out or ready to take things to the next level, I’m here to help you get there.
